Commerical Collection Services
NACM Inland Northwest's professional collection staff has decades of experience and is the only member-owned
and supoervised agency in the Inland Northwest that provides members with specialized collection of past-due
accounts throughout the US, Canada, and internationally.

Industry Credit Groups
Business credit groups are gatherings of credit executives from different companies who sell to the same
clientele. The group members compare past payment performance of common customers. Groups also provide a
networking forum of peers for the exchange of other commerical credit information.

Credit Education and Accreditation
NACM Inland Northwest regualary sponsors credit and financial management seminars tailored to the needs of its
members. NACM National sponsors the Professional Certification Program leading to the Credit Business Associate,
Credit Business Fellow, and Certified Credit Executive designations. This program has helped define and establish
professional standards in the demanding and rapidly changing field of business credit.

Educational Conferences & Conventions
Annually, NACM Inland Northwest participates in a regional credit conference with the other NACM affiliates in the
Pacific Northwest. NACM also sponsors the National Credit Congress and the Legislative & Critical Issues Conference.
Members gain additional commercial credit education by attending these conferences.
